FCI Assistant General Manager Eligibility: Education
The qualifications needed are according to the department the candidate is applying for:
| Assistant General Manager- General Administration | Master’s or equivalent degree awarded by a recognized university with not less than 55% marks. Other Appointments – Bachelor’s degree and holding an appropriate professional qualification in the name of MBA or similar. |
| Assistant General Manager – Accounts | Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, The Institute of Cost Accountants of India or The Institute of Company Secretaries of India . |
| Assistant General Manager- Law | Degree in Law with at least 5 years of experience in handling legal matters. |
| Assistant General Manager -Technical | B.Sc. in Agriculture or B.Tech/B.E. in Food Science, Agricultural Engineering, Bio Technology, or related fields from a recognized University. |

Age limit for the different posts of AGM differs:

| Assistant General Manager-Law | 33 Years |
| Assistant General Manager-Account | 28 Years |

FCI Assistant General Manager Eligibility: Selection Procedure
The selection procedure for FCI AGM will be based on the following steps:
| Online Exam | Candidates have to clear an objective type test consisting of subjects like General Awareness, Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Domain Specific Knowledge. |
| Interview | Shortlisted members from the test will be called for an interview. |
